Internal schematic diagram Description This Power MOSFET is the latest development of STMicroelectronics unique "single feature size" strip-based process. The resulting transistor shows extremely high packing density for low onresistance, rugged avalanche characteristics and less critical alignment steps allowing remarkable manufacturing reproducibility.
